Annapurna Base Camp Trekking ranges is one of the enormous ranges that expand from Vara-Shikar (Annapurna Fang) towards Manaslu and Lamjung range. It is roughly 60-70 km of lateral distance. Also, we will climb to Jhinu danda where we can enjoy tumbling in the hot spring. On the way to Dovan, we will be rewarded by the outstanding views of Mt. Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South and Huinchuli. Plus, we will pass by Chomrong, a large Gurung village.
We will also pass by the wooded area filled with bamboo and rhododendron trees beside the Modi River and reach Dovan. Then we will walk for 6 hours to get to Annapurna Base Camp lying at the elevation of 4,095m via Machhapuchhre base camp which is beautifully set on the northern side of the extremely large Mt. Machhapuchhre.
Walking for around 4 hours we will reach at Annapurna Base Camp which enthralls us with the striking views of the world’s tenth highest Annapurna I ( 8,091 m), Mt. Machhapuchhre Annapurna South, Huinchuli and more.
